The Ven Pou Ven (20/20) Ambassadors are young professional Haitians and Friends of ACT dedicated to shaping the narrative about Ayiti.
"Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example. I truly believe that Ayiti Community Trust is leading by example and working to knock down previous negative conceptions about philanthropy in Haiti. I am proud to work with a group committed to sustaining development in Haiti and supporting that community."

Ayiti Community Trust is delighted to welcome Creative Director, Samuel Dameus as a new member of its distinguished Board of Directors.

A native of Cap-Haitien, Ayiti, Samuel Dameus is a dynamic communications consultant and Photographer. In 2019, he founded  @facesofhaiti , a photography project serving us positive Haitian representation.

He is the director of #BOYO, an upcoming film-documentary that delves into provoking questions about Haitian identity, history, culture, land.

Through his work, we get a glimpse of the Ayiti we’ve always imagined.

Welcome to our stewardship, @samueldameus

Ayiti Community Trust is delighted to welcome Brand Designer, Ouigi Theodore, to its distinguished Board of Directors.

Ouigi Theodore was born in Ayiti and later migrated with his family to Brooklyn. He is a menswear pioneer and co-owner of the boutique and brand, The Brooklyn Circus/ BKc, a menswear brand that finds inspiration in the pages of history books. Mr. Theodore opened the first Brooklyn Circus store in 2006 and eventually opened another location in San Francisco. He has since grown his label by expanding to an online boutique, various pop-ups and a distribution network.

The Brooklyn Circus currently produces some of its menswear in Ayiti and looks to expand its production overtime.

We are proud to have #ouigitheodore join our stewardship!
